Platform commission fee

Fee per unit = the higher of AED 1.00 or (unit price × category %)*

• The price used is the VAT-inclusive price the customer pays.
• No VAT is charged on the fee.
• The fee is charged per unit sold.

Category fee table

Find your category to see the percentage that applies. Where a sub-category has no rate of its own, its main category's rate applies, otherwise 10%.

* AED 1 minimum fee applies (or the % fee, whichever is higher).

Shipping fee

• Shipping is charged at actuals, with full transparency.
• Our 3rd-party logistics shipping fee is AED 13.00 plus VAT, so exactly AED 13.65 is charged per shipment.
• When the order value is below the AED 60 free-shipping threshold, the customer is charged AED 10.00 for shipping. VAT is deducted from it, so AED 9.52 is credited to you.
